1. 2. Department of Health : in this respect will work on promotion, prevention, rehabilitation, comprehensive awareness of disabled people, family, society and state.
3. Department of Education: Foundation work for people with disabilities access to education of the state, may create schools to offer comprehensive training to enable them to competitively enter the job market and help develop the state with an ethical and human. In this regard need to develop a relevant logistics as removing architectural barriers, accessibility, Braille system, adequate and qualified teachers.
